We are David and Elaine, the on site management for the Alboran Apartments, Benalmádena Costa, on the Costa del Sol.
The Apartments were newly finished in 2004 and are furnished to a high standard. We have a wide range of properties available for short or long term rent to suit all individuals. These comprise of 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 3 bedroom Duplex Penthouse apartments.
All apartments comprise of living room/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower (some apartments with en suite bathroom and/or jacuzzi), air conditioning/heating, balcony or terrace and commercial swimming pool. Car parking facilities are also available.
The Apartment block is situated in Benalmádena Costa, across the road from the beach and a 15/20 minute drive from Malaga Airport. We are bordering on Torrequebrada and its famous golf course, which is a mere 5 minute drive from the apartments. The famous Torrequebrada Casino is also a 5 minute walk if you fancy a flutter. Benalmádena Costa on the Costa Del Sol is a great place to holiday with its many attractions and Famous Golf Courses, and is in a beach front location. It is within easy access to other major towns such as Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus.

If everything previously mentioned isn't enough to tempt you, one of the main advantages of staying with us is that we live on site and we will endeavour to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Firstly, we will meet and greet you upon arrival; either at the airport, where pick up is feasible, or at the apartment (We will provide directions in both English and Spanish upon your booking - English for you and Spanish for your Taxi driver). Upon arrival at the apartments we will show you where and how every little necessity works, such as air conditioning/heating and all other facilities such as satellite, TV, DVD player, washing machine, dish washer etc.
We will also leave our contact telephone numbers, should you hit any problems or simply just require some advice or information, because we are there to help. You can arrange for us to put a welcome pack in the apartment for your arrival, leaving you free to unpack and settle in, to start your holiday no matter what time you arrive. Anything you require to make your holiday complete just simply request it. If you have small children in your party you can rent a Travel Cot and High Chair for a small price to save you the burden of having to bring your own.
